Kari Gillenwater

As Vice President of Marketing for Hebets & Maguire, Kari is responsible for working with the producers and our professional advisors to educate our clients on the many services we offer. Her duties include production of all promotional materials, the design and maintenance of our newly designed website and structuring of the company's strategic marketing plans to align with the company’s vision.

She also champions Hebets & Maguire’s sponsorship of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. She works closely with successful entrepreneurs to identify and nominate those executives who demonstrate innovation and embody the entrepreneurial spirit in Arizona.

Prior to joining Hebets & Maguire, LLC, Kari worked as a strategic marketing and branding consultant for more than a dozen National Financial Partners (NYSE: NFP) financial and insurance consulting firms nationwide. Since 2005, she has also managed The McGehee Group, an elite study group of the top NFP insurance professionals in the country.

Before coming to Arizona, she was the Director of Marketing for Legacy Capital Group in Little Rock, AR, where she was responsible for all advertising and marketing programs. Before then she was the Director of Marketing and Special Events for the Baptist Health Foundation the fundraising arm for the largest health system in Arkansas.

Kari earned her bachelor of arts degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
